目的：探讨阴道超声在异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法：2013年6-12月收治行手术治疗异位妊娠患者59例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并把手术病理和阴道超声检查结果进行对比。结果：超声诊断异位妊娠59例中，误诊7例，诊断率89.1%。结论：阴道超声对异位妊娠早期诊断具有一定价值，是诊断异位妊娠的首选方法。

목적：탐토음도초성재이위임신진단중적응용개치。방법：2013년6-12월수치행수술치료이위임신환자59례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，병파수술병리화음도초성검사결과진행대비。결과：초성진단이위임신59례중，오진7례，진단솔89.1%。결론：음도초성대이위임신조기진단구유일정개치，시진단이위임신적수선방법。
Objective:To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:59 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated with operation were selected from June to December 2013,and we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of them,and compared the operation pathology and transvaginal ultrasound examination results of them.Results:Ultrasound diagnosis of 59 cases of ectopic pregnancy,7 cases were misdiagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 89.1%.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound is valuable for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,so it is the preferred method for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
