目的:比较分析金标法与酶联免疫法在抗-HIV测定中的应用效果。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收集血标本4250份,分别采用金标法和酶联免疫法对血标本进行抗-HIV检测,比较2种方法用于抗-HIV测定中的准确性。结果:初次试验金标法阳性0.49%,酶联免疫法0.59%;确认试验金标法阳性率0.42%,酶联免疫法0.38%;经免疫印迹法检测最终确诊抗-HIV 阳性率0.35%;金标法和酶联免疫法测定抗-HIV 的假阳性率分别为0.07%(3/4250)和0.02%(1/4250),2种方法阳性率及假阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金标法和酶联免疫法均可用于抗-HIV 测定中,临床中可根据具体情况进行互补应用。

Objective:To compare and analyze the application effect of the gold immnnochromatography and euzymelinked immunosorbent assay in the determination of anti-HIV.Methods:4 250 cases of blood specimen were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.The determination of anti-HIV in the blood specimen respectively used the gold immnnochromatography and euzymelinked immunosorbent assay.The accuracies of two methods in the determination of anti-HIV were compared.Results:The masculine gender of the first check gold immnnochromatography was 0.49%;the euzymelinked immunosorbent assay was 0.59%. The positive rate of the validation test gold immnnochromatography was 0.42%;the euzymelinked immunosorbent assay was 0.38%. The positive rate of the final diagnosis of anti-HIV by western blot method was 0.35% .The false positive rates of the gold immnnochromatography and euzymelinked immunosorbent assay in the determination of anti-HIV were respectively 0.07%(3/4250) and 0.02% (1/4250);there were no differences in the positive rates and the false positive rate between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The gold immnnochromatography and euzymelinked immunosorbent assay can be used in the determination of anti-HIV. They can be complementary application according to the specific situation of clinical.
