目的：观察黄疸茵陈颗料加毯式光疗仪治疗小儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法：2010年8月-2013年12月收治新生儿高胆红素血症患儿106例，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用毯式光疗仪光疗，治疗组采用黄疸茵陈颗粒加毯式光疗治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组总胆红素(STB)下降数值和黄疸消退时间均优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：黄疸茵陈颗粒加毯式光疗仪治疗小儿高胆红素血症疗效显著，不良反应少，值得推广使用。

목적：관찰황달인진과료가담식광료의치료소인고담홍소혈증적림상효과。방법：2010년8월-2013년12월수치신생인고담홍소혈증환인106례，수궤분위대조조화치료조。대조조채용담식광료의광료，치료조채용황달인진과립가담식광료치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과：치료조총담홍소(STB)하강수치화황달소퇴시간균우우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론：황달인진과립가담식광료의치료소인고담홍소혈증료효현저，불량반응소，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of jaundice wormwood particles plus carpet type phototherapy in the treatment of children with hyper-bilirubinemia.Methods:106 cases of newborns with hyper-bilirubinemia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group from August 2010 to December 2013.The control group adopted carpet type phototherapy and the treatment group adopted jaundice wormwood particles plus carpet type phototherapy.Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The decreased total bilirubin(STB) of the treatment group and jaundice faded time were all better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of jaundice wormwood particles plus carpet type phototherapy in the treatment of children with hyper-bilirubinemia is better and it has less side effects,worthy of promotion.
