目的：观察疏肝健脾法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（ IBS-D）的临床疗效及对患者生活质量、焦虑抑郁情况的影响。方法将60例肝郁脾虚型IBS-D患者采用随机数字表法分为中药组及对照组各30例，中药组予以舒肝健脾复方治疗，对照组予以匹维溴胺治疗，2组疗程均为6周。重点观察患者生活质量、焦虑抑郁及症状改善情况。结果2组治疗后生活质量、焦虑抑郁均显著改善，但中药组生活质量中生理功能、一般健康状况、社会功能等改善情况优于对照组；且中药组的总有效率及临床症状改善情况优于对照组。结论健脾疏肝法治疗IBS-D具有较好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰소간건비법치료복사형장역격종합정（ IBS-D）적림상료효급대환자생활질량、초필억욱정황적영향。방법장60례간욱비허형IBS-D환자채용수궤수자표법분위중약조급대조조각30례，중약조여이서간건비복방치료，대조조여이필유추알치료，2조료정균위6주。중점관찰환자생활질량、초필억욱급증상개선정황。결과2조치료후생활질량、초필억욱균현저개선，단중약조생활질량중생리공능、일반건강상황、사회공능등개선정황우우대조조；차중약조적총유효솔급림상증상개선정황우우대조조。결론건비소간법치료IBS-D구유교호적림상료효。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of the therapy of fortifying spleen and soothing liver on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) and the impact on patient's quality of life, anxiety and depression.Meth-ods60 D -IBS patients whose syndromes were stagnation of liver and weakness of spleen were assigned equally and randomly to two groups:herbs group and control group with30 cases in each group .The herbs group was treated by the therapy of fortif-ying spleen and soothing liver , while the control group was treated with Pinaverium .The treatments had lasted for 6 weeks. The research focused on the improvements of the patients'symptomsq,uality of life, situation of anxiety and depression .Resulst The patients'quality of life, the situation of anxiety and depression were all improved significantly in both groups .However, the improvements of physiological function , general health , social function and so on were more significant in herbs group than that in control group .Besides, the overall efficiency and the improvement of clinical symptom in herbs group were better than that in control group .Conclusion The therapy of fortifying spleen and soothing liver had a better clinical efficacy on D -IBS.
