The paper analyzes the logic relationship abd features of the streaming production,points out the mapping methods for the“bench cut method”in activity-on-arrow network drawing of streaming production,and sums up the mapping steps and skills,so as to help engineering per-sonnel to learn and use and enhance the construction progress management.
