According to JTG D70-2004 Highway Tunnel Design Specifications,this paper introduced the waterproof and drainage design principle of highway tunnel,summarized the supervision main points of tunnel waterproof and drainage construction in prepare phase and construction phase,and discussed the blind pipe setting filtering layer and two liner grouting and blocking water problems,provided reference for designers.
