以天然可生物降解高分子壳聚糖为原料,通过在壳聚糖氨基上引入辛基作为疏水基,在羟基上引入琥珀酸酐作为亲水基,形成具有两亲性的壳聚糖.通过红外、紫外和差热法对最终产物进行了表征,证实疏水基团和亲水基团成功引入壳聚糖.芘荧光探针法测定产物临界胶束质量浓度(CMC)为0.072,mg/mL.双亲修饰的壳聚糖可在水中形成胶束且具有pH敏感性.紫外透光率和粒径联合评价其pH响应范围为4.5~5.5.

An amphipathic chitosan was synthesized using hydrophobic and hydrophilic chitosans prepared by grafting octyl and carboxyl benzoyl groups onto the natural biodegradable polymer chitosan. The chemical structure of galactosylated chi-tosan was characterized by FTIR,UVS,DSC,and proved the successful grafting of hydrophobic group and hydrophilic group onto the chitosan. The CMC of the chitosan derivatives was determinated to be 0.072mg/mL by Pyrene fluorescence probe method. The pH sensitivity of the pH-sensitive chitosan was evaluated by the ultraviolet-infrared spectrometer and particle size instrument,and the results showed that the range of the pH-sensitivity was 4.5-5.5.
