针对笔记本电脑散热问题设计了一种新型外置无强迫对流散热器,通过设置折流板和导流槽增大换热面积,采用实验和数值方法对散热器的结构参数及散热性能进行了研究。结果表明,研制的散热器具有较好的散热性能,可以满足CPU及GPU的散热要求。
針對筆記本電腦散熱問題設計瞭一種新型外置無彊迫對流散熱器,通過設置摺流闆和導流槽增大換熱麵積,採用實驗和數值方法對散熱器的結構參數及散熱性能進行瞭研究。結果錶明,研製的散熱器具有較好的散熱性能,可以滿足CPU及GPU的散熱要求。

A new type of external radiator without forced convection was designed to resolve Laptop cooling problem. The baffle plate and flow channel were added to increases the heat transfer area. Experimental and numerical simulation methods were used to determine the structural parameters of the radiator and cooling properties. The results showed that the development of the radiator has good thermal performance to meet CPU and GPU cooling requirements.
