从特殊的线形条件、重要结构物特征、交通环境与气象环境四方面定义运行环境复杂路段,并综合分析其运行环境风险性,制定了行车车辆运行安全控制标准;利用 ITS 应用技术提出了采集设备布设和可变信息发布设施布设方法,开发建立了山区高速公路运行环境复杂路段行车安全预警系统。系统由运行环境信息采集、基于 GIS 的数据库管理、行车安全预警、安全管理决策支持、信息发布等子系统组成,可实现山区高速公路运行环境复杂路段车辆安全控制、交通流协调与应急处理等功能。
從特殊的線形條件、重要結構物特徵、交通環境與氣象環境四方麵定義運行環境複雜路段,併綜閤分析其運行環境風險性,製定瞭行車車輛運行安全控製標準;利用 ITS 應用技術提齣瞭採集設備佈設和可變信息髮佈設施佈設方法,開髮建立瞭山區高速公路運行環境複雜路段行車安全預警繫統。繫統由運行環境信息採集、基于 GIS 的數據庫管理、行車安全預警、安全管理決策支持、信息髮佈等子繫統組成,可實現山區高速公路運行環境複雜路段車輛安全控製、交通流協調與應急處理等功能。
종특수적선형조건、중요결구물특정、교통배경여기상배경사방면정의운행배경복잡로단,병종합분석기운행배경풍험성,제정료행차차량운행안전공제표준;이용 ITS 응용기술제출료채집설비포설화가변신식발포설시포설방법,개발건립료산구고속공로운행배경복잡로단행차안전예경계통。계통유운행배경신식채집、기우 GIS 적수거고관리、행차안전예경、안전관리결책지지、신식발포등자계통조성,가실현산구고속공로운행배경복잡로단차량안전공제、교통류협조여응급처리등공능。
Operational environment special sections were defined and analysed its risks from geo-metric alignment conditions,road facilities characteristics,traffic and climatic.Then,Safety Warning Sys-tem for operational environment special sections of freeway was established by driving safety control stand-ards,information collection and release facilities layout method,GIS and information management technol-ogies.Through its subsystems,namely,Risk information collection,GIS-based database management mod-ule,driving safety warning module,safety management decision-making aiding module and information re-leasing module,the system is capable of supporting complex operational environment special sections of mountain freeway safety control,traffic flow management,etc.
