通过设定不同温度梯度使道面板翘曲以模拟道面不同脱空程度,采用有限元方法分析了板底竖向脱空量与道面板厚度 h、基层厚度、接缝传荷能力、基层反应模量及道面板材料参数、道面板角中弯沉比、边中弯沉比的相关关系,并通过大量数据分析得到了道面板竖向脱空量的理论分析模型。经机场道面钻芯及弯沉测试数据验证表明,本经验公式预测值完全符合实际情况,可以作为脱空量的判定公式。
通過設定不同溫度梯度使道麵闆翹麯以模擬道麵不同脫空程度,採用有限元方法分析瞭闆底豎嚮脫空量與道麵闆厚度 h、基層厚度、接縫傳荷能力、基層反應模量及道麵闆材料參數、道麵闆角中彎沉比、邊中彎沉比的相關關繫,併通過大量數據分析得到瞭道麵闆豎嚮脫空量的理論分析模型。經機場道麵鑽芯及彎沉測試數據驗證錶明,本經驗公式預測值完全符閤實際情況,可以作為脫空量的判定公式。

Through setting different temperature gradient for making panel warping to simulate dif-ferent pavement level,this paper uses finite element method to analyze the relationship between the a-mount of vertical concrete pavement at the bottom of the board and panel thickness h,layer thickness,the joint load transfer capacity,reaction of base modulus,the panel material parameters,the pavement deflec-tion in the voids ratio and the correlation between side deflection ratio,and the quantitative analysis for-mula of vertical slab void volume is obtained by large amounts of data analysis.By airport pavement core and deflection test data validation show that the empirical formula predicted completely conform to the ac-tual situation,and it can be used as the basis of determination formula.
