Washing performance is an important index for evaluating the washing machine performance and it shows the decontaminating ability of a washing machine. According to the procedure of the standard GB/T4288-2008 for washing performance testing, loading the textile is a manual work. The standard rules the loading sequence and has no requirement for the loading position of the textiles, so for impeller washing machine, it’s difficult to ensure the stability for the testing results. This research targeted to prove that a ruled loading method made improvement to the stability of the washing performance testing.
