运用事故树分析研究不锈钢复合管的缺陷概率重要度和危险重要度。结果表明焊缝裂纹不但发生概率比较大,而且影响比较严重,因此降低复合管缺陷发生概率应优先考虑降低焊缝裂纹的产生。提出了影响质量的主要因素及改善质量的优先顺序,也为其他结构的机电产品提供了风险分析的途径。
運用事故樹分析研究不鏽鋼複閤管的缺陷概率重要度和危險重要度。結果錶明銲縫裂紋不但髮生概率比較大,而且影響比較嚴重,因此降低複閤管缺陷髮生概率應優先攷慮降低銲縫裂紋的產生。提齣瞭影響質量的主要因素及改善質量的優先順序,也為其他結構的機電產品提供瞭風險分析的途徑。

Fault tree analysis was used to study defect probability importance and danger of the stainless steel clad pipe. The results showed that the weld cracks not only have a larger probability of occurrence, but also have more serious effect. Thus reducing the probability of occurrence of the clad pipe defects should give priority to reducing the generated weld cracks. In the paper, the main factors affecting the quality were presented. The quality of priority order was improved and a way for risk analysis, provided to other structures of electromechanical products.
