以江西省中央财政森林抚育复位样地、重点样地和参与补贴政策的林场职工及林农为研究对象，采取固定样地监测和问卷调查相结合的方法，对森林抚育补贴政策产生的经济、生态和社会效益进行了分析，并提出了保障对策。结果表明：补贴政策能促进、优化森林抚育经营，可间接提高林地生产力和木材产量，带来经济效益；可改变林地土壤环境，增强森林生态功能；可深化森林抚育理念，提高公众满意度，促进参与主体增收。
이강서성중앙재정삼림무육복위양지、중점양지화삼여보첩정책적림장직공급임농위연구대상，채취고정양지감측화문권조사상결합적방법，대삼림무육보첩정책산생적경제、생태화사회효익진행료분석，병제출료보장대책。결과표명：보첩정책능촉진、우화삼림무육경영，가간접제고임지생산력화목재산량，대래경제효익；가개변임지토양배경，증강삼림생태공능；가심화삼림무육이념，제고공음만의도，촉진삼여주체증수。
The permanent samples, key samples of the central financial forest tending and forest workers as research objects, the ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits which produced by the central financial forest tending subsidy pilot were analyzed, and the corresponding security countermeasures were put forward. The result showed that the subsidy pilot can promote and optimize the forest tending and management, and can bring economic benefits by improving the forest land productivity and the lumber yield, secondly, the subsidy pilot can change the soil environmental and strengthen the forest ecological function, thirdly, the subsidy pilot can deepen the forest management idea, improve the public satisfaction, promote the participation main body's income.
