With the residue that after extracte d oil of C. oleifera seed by microwave pretreatment water extraction method as materials, by ultrasonic-ethanol extraction method, through single factors analysis and orthogonal test, the best extraction technology of saponin were obtained. It provided a theoretical basis for the extended application of the technology of microwave pretreatment water extraction method, and enhanced the application value of this technology.
