采用选择性催化还原法对某燃煤电厂烟气脱硝进行技术改造,项目配套建设氨气化站。就液氨储罐水喷雾灭火系统设计参数的选择、事故排水收集进行了探讨,指出当不同的规范要求的液氨储罐水喷雾灭火系统设计参数不尽相同时,应尽量取规范规定的较大值,比较安全可靠。事故排水的收集应充分利用电厂原有设施,既符合规范要求,又可节省投资。

A technical transformantion of flue gas denitrification system in a coal-fired power plant was carried out using selective catalytic reduction process, and a liquid ammonia vaporizing station was built as an auxiliary establishment. The selections of design parameters of water spray system for liquid ammonia storage tank as well as the collection of discharged water in accident were discussed. It was pointed out that, when the design parameters of the water spray system for liquid ammonia storage tank required in various standards were different, the larger value should be the safer and more reliable choice for actual engineering. Besides, a sugges-tion that making full use of the original establishments to collect the discharged water in accident was also put forward, which not only met the requirement of standards but also save the investment.
