针对利用烟道气处理脱硫废水的方法,通过废水系统投运前、后石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置除尘效率,以及吸收塔浆液、废水箱废水、除尘器灰斗中灰样的 Cl-、总汞、总铬、总砷浓度的对比,分析了烟道气处理脱硫废水过程对除尘效率的影响;确定了废水处理过程中 Cl-和重金属的迁徙路径。试验结果表明,烟道气处理脱硫废水工艺可提高除尘效率;脱硫废水中大部分 Cl-、 Cr、 As 迁移到了灰斗的烟尘中。该脱硫废水处理系统所需要的设备少,工艺简单,占地面积小,处理效果好,解决了脱硫系统废水难以处理的问题。

Using flue gas evaporation method to treat desulphurization wastewater, the dust removal effi-ciency of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization equipment before and after the wastewater treat-ment system put into operation was compared, besides, the slurry from absorption tower, the wastewater in wastewater tank, the concentrations of Cl-, total mercury, total chromium, and total arsenic of the dust in dust pot of precipitator were also investigated at the same time. The influence of desulphurization wastewater treatment process using flue gas evaporation method on dust removal efficiency of the said equipment was analyzed, and then, the moving routes of Cl- and heavy metals during the wastewater treatment process were determined. The results of the test showed that, using flue gas evaporation method to treat desulphurization wastewater could im-prove the dust removal efficiency of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system; most Cl-, Cr, and As in desulphurization wastewater moved into the dust in dust pot. The said desulphurization wastewater treat-ment system had advantages of less necessary equipments, simple technology, small ground occupation and good treatment effect, which could treat desulphurization wastewater effectively.
