结合电厂锅炉补给水脱盐处理工程实例,对膜法和离子交换法处理工艺进行技术经济比较。结果表明,离子交换法占地面积大、操作复杂、运行费用高,投资费用略低;膜法占地面积较小,操作自动化较高,运行费用低。选择膜法做为该电厂锅炉补给水处理工艺,无论从技术方面还是经济方面均具优越性。
結閤電廠鍋爐補給水脫鹽處理工程實例,對膜法和離子交換法處理工藝進行技術經濟比較。結果錶明,離子交換法佔地麵積大、操作複雜、運行費用高,投資費用略低;膜法佔地麵積較小,操作自動化較高,運行費用低。選擇膜法做為該電廠鍋爐補給水處理工藝,無論從技術方麵還是經濟方麵均具優越性。

Combining the project case of boiler feedwater desalination in a power plant, a technical and e-conomical comparison between membrane method and ion exchange method were carried out. The results showed that, ion exchange method was characterized by large area occupied, complex manipulation, high operation cost and slightly lower investment; however, membrane method had advantages of small area occupied, high level of automation and low operation cost. It could be seen that, membrane method was superior to ion exchange method not only in technical aspect but also in economical aspect; therefore, it was selected for boiler feedwater desali-nation of power plant.
