采用铁炭微电解-混凝沉淀-生物滤池组合工艺处理松节油加工废水,考察废水达标排放的可行性。试验结果表明:当铁屑投加量为100 g/ L,铁、炭质量比为1:1, PAM 的投加量为8 mg / L,厌氧生物滤池(AF)停留70 h,好氧生物滤池(BAF)停留8 h, BAF 的 DO 质量浓度为2~3 mg / L 时,该组合工艺对 CODCr、动植物油和色度的去除率分别达到99.07%、92.64%和82.73%,出水水质达到 GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级标准的要求,该组合工艺对可生化性较差的松节油加工废水具有比较理想的处理效果。
採用鐵炭微電解-混凝沉澱-生物濾池組閤工藝處理鬆節油加工廢水,攷察廢水達標排放的可行性。試驗結果錶明:噹鐵屑投加量為100 g/ L,鐵、炭質量比為1:1, PAM 的投加量為8 mg / L,厭氧生物濾池(AF)停留70 h,好氧生物濾池(BAF)停留8 h, BAF 的 DO 質量濃度為2~3 mg / L 時,該組閤工藝對 CODCr、動植物油和色度的去除率分彆達到99.07%、92.64%和82.73%,齣水水質達到 GB 8978-1996《汙水綜閤排放標準》中一級標準的要求,該組閤工藝對可生化性較差的鬆節油加工廢水具有比較理想的處理效果。

Using a combined process of ferric-carbon microelectrolysis-coagulation sedimentation-biofilter to treat turpentine processing wastewater, and the possibility of the effluent water quality meeting the relevant discharge standard was investigated. The results of the test showed that, when the dosage of iron chips and PAM were 100 g/L and 8 mg/L respectively, the mass ratio of ferric to carbon was 1 : 1, the retention time of anaero-bic biofilter(AF) and biological aerobic filter(BAF) were 70 and 8 h respectively, the mass concentration of DO in BAF was 2 ~ 3 mg/L, the removal rates of CODCr, animal and vegetable oil and chroma reached 99.07%, 92.64% and 82.73% respectively, the effluent water quality met the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard, which indicated that, the combined process was an effective process for hard-biodegradable turpentine processing wastewater treatment and the treatment effect was satisfying.
