耐高温(≥500℃)、高硬度(≥62 HRC)、耐磨损是大型金属球阀内芯合金球体的特性,球体表面必须进行硬化处理。通常,在球阀球体表面喷WC或镍基合金等高硬度涂层材料,其表面硬度≥62 HRC,但使用传统机械磨削方法加工效率极低。在分析电火花机械复合加工原理的基础上,设计了适用于高硬度回转球面精密磨削加工的方法,并设计制作了一种专用复合工具电极和专用夹具,通过使用青铜结合剂金刚石砂轮的复合工具电极来实现合金球体表面的电火花机械复合磨削加工。
耐高溫(≥500℃)、高硬度(≥62 HRC)、耐磨損是大型金屬毬閥內芯閤金毬體的特性,毬體錶麵必鬚進行硬化處理。通常,在毬閥毬體錶麵噴WC或鎳基閤金等高硬度塗層材料,其錶麵硬度≥62 HRC,但使用傳統機械磨削方法加工效率極低。在分析電火花機械複閤加工原理的基礎上,設計瞭適用于高硬度迴轉毬麵精密磨削加工的方法,併設計製作瞭一種專用複閤工具電極和專用夾具,通過使用青銅結閤劑金剛石砂輪的複閤工具電極來實現閤金毬體錶麵的電火花機械複閤磨削加工。

High temperature resistance,high hardness and wear resistance are the properties of alloy surface of the large ball valve ,the surface of the ball must be conducted hardening treatment. Uaually,we spray coating material with high hardness such as WC or Nickel base alloy on the surface of ball. The hardness is exceed or equal to 62 HRC ,which using traditional mechanical griding , machining efficiency is usually low. On the basis of analyzing the principle of the combined method , using precision grinding technology in machining hgih-rigidity ,a special composite tool electrode and clamp are designed. Finally,by composite electrode with bronze-bond diamond wheels,electrical discharge and mechanical combined grinding on the surface of alloy ball is realized.
