针对3J33C深窄槽的加工难题,采用了电火花成形加工方法。通过正交试验研究了峰值电流、脉宽、脉间对窄槽表面粗糙度的影响;通过扫描电镜观察加工表面层,研究单脉冲放电能量对熔化层厚度、微裂纹的影响。结果表明:各因素对表面粗糙度影响的主次顺序依次为峰值电流、脉宽、脉间,且表面粗糙度值随着峰值电流、脉宽的增加而增大;随着单脉冲放电能量的增加,表面熔化层厚度增大,裂纹数目及宽度也随之变大。

To solve the manufacturing problem of 3J33C deep narrow slot ,sink EDM was used. The influences on the surface roughness of narrow slot caused by peak current ,pulse width and pulse interval were got by the orthogonal experiment. Using SEM to get the surface topography, the influences of single pulse energy on the thickness of re-melting layer and the distribution of microcracks were also studied. The results show that the order of influence on surface roughness from high to low is peak current,pulse width and pulse interval. The surface roughness increased with higher peak current and bigger pulse width. Along with the increase of pulse energy ,the thickness of re-melting layer and the number and width of crack are also added.
