纤维增强复合材料具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀等优点,广泛应用于工程结构加固中。针对双向纤维增强复合材料的特点设计单轴拉伸试验装置,对双向纤维增强复合材料进行拉伸试验,研究破坏特征、抗拉强度、弹性模量及伸长率等,分析双向纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响因素。试验表明,纤维原丝的抗拉强度不可直接作为编织纤维增强复合材料抗拉强度的设计值用于加固设计,其破坏表现出明显的脆性断裂,而且纤维材料的种类、纤维材料的制作工艺对纤维增强复合材料的力学性能具有一定的影响。
纖維增彊複閤材料具有輕質、高彊、耐腐蝕等優點,廣汎應用于工程結構加固中。針對雙嚮纖維增彊複閤材料的特點設計單軸拉伸試驗裝置,對雙嚮纖維增彊複閤材料進行拉伸試驗,研究破壞特徵、抗拉彊度、彈性模量及伸長率等,分析雙嚮纖維增彊複閤材料力學性能的影響因素。試驗錶明,纖維原絲的抗拉彊度不可直接作為編織纖維增彊複閤材料抗拉彊度的設計值用于加固設計,其破壞錶現齣明顯的脆性斷裂,而且纖維材料的種類、纖維材料的製作工藝對纖維增彊複閤材料的力學性能具有一定的影響。

Fiber reinforced polymer ( FRP ) composite materials have been widely employed in engineering structure retrofit, due to their advantages, which include high strength-to-weigh ratio, high erosion-resist-ance, and etc.In this paper, a uniaxial tension test device for two -way FRP composite materials was de-signed, and then the uniaxial tensile tests of two-way FRP composite materials were finished.The failure char-acteristics, tensile strength, elasticity modulus, and elongation rate were tested and the influence factors of the two-way FRP composite material mechanics property were also analyzed.The test results showed that the ten-sile strength of fiber raw could not be directly used as the design value of the tensile strength of FRP composite material in structure strengthening design.The failure of tensile strength was brittle fracture.The types of textile fibers and the production technology of the FRP composite materials affect the mechanics properties of the FRP composite material.
