提出一种新的基于层次聚类算法的基于距离生物进化树构建方法。与以往其他基于距离的生物进化树方法相比,此方法可以得到相同的结果。与真实的生物进化树相比,在序列长度较短的情况下此方法可以给出理想的进化树。

To describe the evolutionary sequence of creatures, biological evolution trees were raised.Construc-tion methods of evolution tree were mainly based on distance or non-distance.Methods based on distance were widely expanded for their convenience in dealing with large amount of data.Typical ones are NJ ( Neighbor Joining) , UPGMA ( Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Means) and so on.This paper proposed a new evolutionary tree construction method based on the distance of hierarchical clustering.Compared with other phylogenetic trees based on distance, this method succeeded in obtaining the same results.In contrast with real biological evolutionary trees, this method could give ideal evolutionary trees when a short DNA sequence was given.
