研究了一种适用于缠绕工艺的耐160℃环氧树脂,热变形温度达到了172℃,30℃下7h后其粘度仅为850mPa·s,其碳纤维复合材料综合性能优异,制备的Φ400mm缠绕壳体成功通过了常温和160℃下的爆破试验。目前该树脂也在Φ1200mm壳体上得到了应用。
研究瞭一種適用于纏繞工藝的耐160℃環氧樹脂,熱變形溫度達到瞭172℃,30℃下7h後其粘度僅為850mPa·s,其碳纖維複閤材料綜閤性能優異,製備的Φ400mm纏繞殼體成功通過瞭常溫和160℃下的爆破試驗。目前該樹脂也在Φ1200mm殼體上得到瞭應用。

A high temperature resistance up to 160℃ epoxy resin system for the filament winding process is studied in this paper, the matrix heat distortion temperature is 172℃, viscosity of this resin is only about 850mPa· s after 7h at 30℃ .Its carbon fiber composite has great mechanical performance and is succeeded in the Φ400mm filament winding solid rocket motor blasting experiment both at room temperature and 160℃. Now this resin also has been used inΦ1200mm filament winding solid rocket motor.
