传染病病原体的准确检测是传染病有效防控的前提,也是合理用药的基础。然而,传统的病原体分离、培养等诊断方法不能完全满足临床治疗和疾病控制的需要。新发展的传染病分子诊断技术可有效弥补传统方法的不足。本文就新一代测序、核酸扩增、生物芯片和生物传感等传染病分子诊断新技术及其应用研究进展进行综述。

Fast and accurate detection of infectious pathogens is the premise of effective prevention and control of infectious diseases and also the basis for rational use of drugs. However, the traditional diagnostic methods such as isolation and culture of pathogens can not fully meet the needs of clinical therapy of infectious disease and the disease control. The newly developed rapid diagnostic techniques can effectively compensate for the lack of traditional methods. The progress of the application of next-generation sequencing, nucleic acid amplification, biochip and biosensor in the infectious diseases diagnosis is reviewed in this article.
