报告1例链球菌中毒性休克综合征。患者女,56岁,因右下肢表皮剥脱、糜烂、坏死、疼痛5 d,无尿3 d入院。入院后患者出现低血压休克、多器官功能障碍、中枢神经系统症状,右下肢皮损处分泌物培养示草绿色链球菌生长,诊断为链球菌中毒性休克综合征。
보고1례련구균중독성휴극종합정。환자녀,56세,인우하지표피박탈、미란、배사、동통5 d,무뇨3 d입원。입원후환자출현저혈압휴극、다기관공능장애、중추신경계통증상,우하지피손처분비물배양시초록색련구균생장,진단위련구균중독성휴극종합정。
A case of streptococcus toxic shock syndrome caused by streptococcus viridans is reported. A 56-year-old female inpatient presented with right lower limb skin exfoliation,erosion,necrosis,pain for 5 days and anuria for 3 days. After admission,the patient suf-fered from hypotension shock,multiple organ dysfunction and symptoms of central nervous system. Secretion culture of the right lower limb lesions showed growth of streptococcus viridans. The diagnosis is streptococcus toxic shock syndrome.
