建立尿嘧啶替加氟片中替加氟和尿嘧啶的溶出度方法。采用转篮和浆法,以水为溶出介质,采用高效液相色谱法测定尿嘧啶替加氟片溶出度。结果表明,两种方法均可使尿嘧啶替加氟片二个组分很快溶出,30 min时二个组分的累积溶出量均达到75%以上,但方法之间存在差异。浆法更适合用于尿嘧啶替加氟片溶出度的测定。

This paper established a test method for the dissolution of tegafur and uracil in compound tegafur tablets .Using basket and paddle method , the dissolution was tested by HPLC method , and the medium was water .The results indicated that tegafur and uracil in compound tegafur tablets were dissolved rapidly in two dissolution conditions , and the disso-lution rate of 30 min of all of the formations showed advantage than 75%of labeled amount . But they are a little diffrentent .The method of apparatus 2 was suitable for the determmina-tion of the dissolution of compound tegafur tablets .
