对5种导爆管雷管进行了延期时间的测试,发现导爆管长度对延期时间有影响,5种雷管影响程度各不相同。理论分析认为,延期药燃烧过程中产生的气体与导爆管传爆时产生气体所引起的雷管腔室压力的改变是造成延期时间变化的直接原因。利用动态压力测试装置,模拟了不同长度的导爆管通过消爆腔对延期雷管进行点火的过程,试验验证了理论分析结论。

The delay time of five types of nonel detonators were measured. Results show that the delay time of deto-nator is influenced by the length of detonating tube, and the changes are different for the five detonators. Theoretical analy-sis suggests that it can be directly related to pressure change in the detonator chamber due to the gas generation during com-bustion of delay composition and during the detonation propagation of shock-conducting tube. Dynamic pressure test device was employed to simulate the ignition process of delay detonator on detonating tubes with different lengths using detonation elimination chamber. The test results agree well with the theoretical analysis.
