目的:检测刺猬蛋白( Sonic Hedgehog,SHH )在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变( cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ,CIN)及宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测正常宫颈组织、CIN及宫颈癌组织中SHH的表达。结果 SHH在宫颈癌组织中高表达。结论 SHH在宫颈癌中的异常表达表明Hedgehog( Hh)信号传导通路可能参与宫颈癌的发生过程。

목적:검측자위단백( Sonic Hedgehog,SHH )재정상궁경、궁경상피내류변( cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ,CIN)급궁경암조직중적표체정황,탐토기여궁경암발생발전적관계。방법채용면역조화SP법,검측정상궁경조직、CIN급궁경암조직중SHH적표체。결과 SHH재궁경암조직중고표체。결론 SHH재궁경암중적이상표체표명Hedgehog( Hh)신호전도통로가능삼여궁경암적발생과정。
Objective To detect the expression of Sonic Hedgehog( SHH)protein in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN)and cervical carcinoma. And to probe the relation of SHH with progress of cervical carcinoma. Methods Detected the expression of SHH protein in normal cervical tissue,CIN and cervical carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Results SHH protein had a high expression in cervical carcinoma. Conclusion SHH protein in cervical cancer showed that abnormal expression in Hedgehog( Hh)signaling pathways may be involved in the occurrence of cervical cancer process.
