目的:探讨乳腺黏液腺癌的钼靶X线表现与病理及分子生物学基础。方法回顾性分析本院31例经手术及病理证实的乳腺黏液腺癌患者的钼靶X线表现,并与病理及分子生物学特点进行对照。结果31例乳腺黏液腺癌患者钼靶X线表现为肿块25例,其中单纯型15例,混合型10例,并且单纯型肿块多表现为清晰边缘及小分叶边缘(10/15),混合型肿块多表现为浸润边缘(8/10),二者比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。少见征象不对称致密4例,阴性2例。31例乳腺黏液腺癌中(除2例单纯型及1例混合型未检测),雌激素受体(ER)阳性22例,孕激素受体(PR)阳性24例,C-erbB-2阴性23例,突触素(Syn)阳性5例,均以单纯型黏液腺癌多见,分别占82.4%、88.2%、94.1%和29.4%。结论乳腺黏液腺癌钼靶X线表现有一定的特征性,但不同亚型的黏液腺癌的影像学表现不完全一致。分子生物学特点提示单纯型黏液腺癌预后较好。
目的:探討乳腺黏液腺癌的鉬靶X線錶現與病理及分子生物學基礎。方法迴顧性分析本院31例經手術及病理證實的乳腺黏液腺癌患者的鉬靶X線錶現,併與病理及分子生物學特點進行對照。結果31例乳腺黏液腺癌患者鉬靶X線錶現為腫塊25例,其中單純型15例,混閤型10例,併且單純型腫塊多錶現為清晰邊緣及小分葉邊緣(10/15),混閤型腫塊多錶現為浸潤邊緣(8/10),二者比較差異具有顯著性(P<0.05)。少見徵象不對稱緻密4例,陰性2例。31例乳腺黏液腺癌中(除2例單純型及1例混閤型未檢測),雌激素受體(ER)暘性22例,孕激素受體(PR)暘性24例,C-erbB-2陰性23例,突觸素(Syn)暘性5例,均以單純型黏液腺癌多見,分彆佔82.4%、88.2%、94.1%和29.4%。結論乳腺黏液腺癌鉬靶X線錶現有一定的特徵性,但不同亞型的黏液腺癌的影像學錶現不完全一緻。分子生物學特點提示單純型黏液腺癌預後較好。
목적:탐토유선점액선암적목파X선표현여병리급분자생물학기출。방법회고성분석본원31례경수술급병리증실적유선점액선암환자적목파X선표현,병여병리급분자생물학특점진행대조。결과31례유선점액선암환자목파X선표현위종괴25례,기중단순형15례,혼합형10례,병차단순형종괴다표현위청석변연급소분협변연(10/15),혼합형종괴다표현위침윤변연(8/10),이자비교차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。소견정상불대칭치밀4례,음성2례。31례유선점액선암중(제2례단순형급1례혼합형미검측),자격소수체(ER)양성22례,잉격소수체(PR)양성24례,C-erbB-2음성23례,돌촉소(Syn)양성5례,균이단순형점액선암다견,분별점82.4%、88.2%、94.1%화29.4%。결론유선점액선암목파X선표현유일정적특정성,단불동아형적점액선암적영상학표현불완전일치。분자생물학특점제시단순형점액선암예후교호。
Objective To investigate the mammographic findings, pathology, and molecular biology of breast mucinous carcinoma. Method The ifndings of mammography imaging of breast mucinous carcinoma in 31 cases veriifed histopathologicaliy were retrospectively studied, and then correlated with pathologic and molecular biology ifndings. Result Among the 31 lesions, there were 25 mass lesions, including15 lesions pure mucinous carcinomas and 10 lesions the mixed type. The pure type mucinous carcinoma displayed well defined and lobulated margins (10/15). The mixed type mucinous carcinomas demonstrated poorly deifned margins (8/10) (P<0.05). Seldom features, such as focal asymmetric opacity (4 lesions) and occult mammogram (2 lesions) were all seen in breast mucinous carcinoma. Of 28 mucinous carcinomas tested, there were 22 ER-positive, 24 PR-positive, 23 C-erbB-2 negative and 5 Syn-positive expressions with pure type carcinomas ccounting for 82.4%, 88.2%, 94.1%and 29.4%. Conclusion The representations of breast mucinous carcinoma in mammographic are certain characteristics, but it shows differences in pure and mixed types of the tumor. The molecular biological characteristics predict a better prognosis.
