目的:比较吡啶斯的明与左旋多巴单日复合与两日序贯激发生长激素对儿童矮小症的诊断价值。方法选择本院2012年5月至2013年5月收治的矮小症患儿40例,将其随机均分为单日复合组与两日序贯组,对两种治疗方法激发生长激素分泌的峰值(激发试验后任一次测得的生长激素最高值为峰值)以及阳性率(生长激素峰值>10 ng/ml为阳性)进行比较。结果单日复合组患儿生长激素峰值为(16.44±6.96)ng/ml,阳性率为80%,均明显高于两日序贯组[(14.12±6.32)ng/ml,60%],差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论吡啶斯的明与左旋多巴单日复合能够有效激发生长激素分泌,对治疗儿童矮小症更为有效。

목적:비교필정사적명여좌선다파단일복합여량일서관격발생장격소대인동왜소증적진단개치。방법선택본원2012년5월지2013년5월수치적왜소증환인40례,장기수궤균분위단일복합조여량일서관조,대량충치료방법격발생장격소분비적봉치(격발시험후임일차측득적생장격소최고치위봉치)이급양성솔(생장격소봉치>10 ng/ml위양성)진행비교。결과단일복합조환인생장격소봉치위(16.44±6.96)ng/ml,양성솔위80%,균명현고우량일서관조[(14.12±6.32)ng/ml,60%],차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론필정사적명여좌선다파단일복합능구유효격발생장격소분비,대치료인동왜소증경위유효。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of pyridostigmine with levodopa in a single day and two-day composite sequential to stimulate growth hormone among children with short stature. Method 40 children with short stature in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected, randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in single-day composite group and the other 20 cases in two-day sequential group. Then the growth hormone secretion peak (growth hormone stimulation test, served as a measured maximum value of the peak), and the positive rate (GH peak>10 ng/ml as positive) in two groups after different stimulate method were compared. Result Peak of growth hormone in single-day composite group was (16.44±6.96) ng/ml, the positive rate was 80%, signiifcantly higher than the two-day sequential group, with peak of growth hormone (14.12±6.32) ng/ml, and positive rate was 60%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Single day with levodopa composite pyridostigmine is more effective for stimulating growth hormone secretion, more effective treatment for children with short stature.
