目的：探讨股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤外科分型及相应手术方案与预后关系。方法回顾性分析1999年1月至2012年1月本院收治的膝关节周围骨巨细胞瘤患者64例临床资料。男37例，女27例，年龄14～72岁，平均33.2岁。其中Campanacci影像学分级Ⅰ级27例，Ⅱ级26例，Ⅲ级11例。接受囊内刮除术患者32例，囊外切除术患者32例。结果本研究中患者均随访77.3个月（23～179个月），复发10例，囊内刮除组患者复发2例，囊外切除组患者复发8例。术后国际骨与软组织肿瘤协会（MSTS）评分，囊内刮除组优良率为93.1%，囊外切除组优良率为74%。结论膝关节周围肿瘤各种手术治疗方案具有相应优缺点，应根据患者具体病情、年龄及预后确定个体化治疗方案。

목적：탐토고골원단골거세포류외과분형급상응수술방안여예후관계。방법회고성분석1999년1월지2012년1월본원수치적슬관절주위골거세포류환자64례림상자료。남37례，녀27례，년령14～72세，평균33.2세。기중Campanacci영상학분급Ⅰ급27례，Ⅱ급26례，Ⅲ급11례。접수낭내괄제술환자32례，낭외절제술환자32례。결과본연구중환자균수방77.3개월（23～179개월），복발10례，낭내괄제조환자복발2례，낭외절제조환자복발8례。술후국제골여연조직종류협회（MSTS）평분，낭내괄제조우량솔위93.1%，낭외절제조우량솔위74%。결론슬관절주위종류각충수술치료방안구유상응우결점，응근거환자구체병정、년령급예후학정개체화치료방안。
Objective To investigate the distal femoral bone giant cell tumors surgery classification and corresponding operation relationship with prognosis. Method Retrospectively analyzed from January 1999 to January 2012 in our hospital treated patients with giant cell tumor around the knee joint of 64 cases of clinical data. 37 cases of male, 27 cases of female, aged 14 ~ 72, the average age was 33.2 years. Including Campanacci imaging classⅠlevel 27 cases,Ⅱlevel 26 cases,Ⅲlevel 11 cases, 32 patients accepted cyst shave their, 32 patients accepted extracapsular resection. Result Patients were followed up for 77.3 months (23~179 months), 10 cases of recurrence, the cyst shave their group of 2 cases of patients with recurrence, 8 case of recurrence in patients with extracapsular resection group. After the international association of bone and soft tissue tumor (MSTS) score, cyst shave their group was 93.1%, extracapsular resection group was 74%. Conclusion Surgical treatment has its advantages and disadvantages of various tumor around the knee joint, shall be determined individualized treatment plan according to the speciifc condition, age, and prognosis of patients.
