大学体育是学校教育的重要组成部分，担负着全民健身的重要责任。本研究以大学体育“教学存在”为出发点，对大学体育的教养、教育和发展三个层面进行解析，探索阻碍大学体育公共课发展的因素。提出增加体育体验趣味性、适当给予学生自由、增加交流培养等对策，以期使大学体育成为学生真正喜爱的课程。

College sports is an important part of high school education which assuming the important re-sponsibility of exercise of full people .This study asserts the university sports teaching “existence” as a starting point, analyzes the three aspects of college sports including the upbringing , education and devel-opment, explores the factors hindering the development of the general course of college sports .Counter-measures are put forward such as increasing funny of sports experience , appropriating to give students freedom, increasing the communication and cultivating , to make college sports become the real favorite courses of students .
