在矿井降温系统优选决策的研究中,经常采用模糊综合评价方法,但其判断矩阵权重的分配存在较大的主观性,容易产生决策失误。基于此,提出了基于评价指标相对隶属度的模糊综合评价矩阵,利用层次分析法进行解算,进而确定矿井降温方案各评价指标权重的一种模糊综合评价模型-AHP-FCE综合评价模型,并将其应用于矿井降温方案优选决策当中。通过实例验证,评价结果客观、科学、稳定,通用性较强,可应用于煤矿及其他工程领域。

At present, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has always been used in the study on optimiza -tion decision-making of mine cooling scheme , but the weight distribution of its judgment matrix has great subjectivi-ty, being prone to make mistakes .A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix based on the relative membership de-gree of evaluation index was put forward , which can be calculated by the analytic hierarchy process , and the weights of each evaluation index of mine cooling scheme can be determined .The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model named AHP_FCE was presented , and it was applied in the optimization decision-making of mine cooling scheme .By practical case validation , the evaluation result was objective , scientific and stable .It has good univer-sality and can be adopted in coal mine and other project fields .
