为了解中国煤矿井下员工群体的工作压力状况和表现,探索具有矿工职业特色的工作压力源结构,在文献分析基础上,结合访谈和开放式问卷调查,初步确定了矿工工作压力源维度,借鉴已有工作压力源问卷项目,编制了矿工工作压力源问卷,对调查数据进行探索性和验证性因素分析。结果表明:矿工工作压力源是一个多层次和多维度系统,由7个一阶因素聚合成3个二阶因素。7个一阶因素包括安全环境、工作负荷、安全管理方式、领导风格、角色冲突、组织支持、控制感,3个二阶因素为工作特征、组织管理、工作无奈感。该结果为煤矿企业进行矿工压力控制及管理提供了指导性建议。

To understand the working conditions and performance of coal miners in China , and explore the structure of occupational stressors with occupational characteristics of miners , based on the literature analysis , combining with interviews and opening questionnaires , the dimension of occupational stressors for miners was preliminarily de-termined .The occupational stressor questionnaire for miners was formulated from the previous project of relative questionnaire , and the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on survey data .The results showed that the occupational stressor of miners was a multi-level and multi-dimensional system , composed of seven first-order factors polymerization into three second-order factors .Seven first-order factors included safety environ-ment, work load, safety management mode, leadership style, role conflict, organizational support and control sense .Three second-order factors included job characteristics , organizational management and work frustration .It provides guidance advices for coal mining enterprises to carry out stressor control and management for miners .
