The concept and connotation of eco-hydrology is demonstrated ,and the quantitative index system for eco-hydrology is es-tablished based on the framework formed of standards .Eco-hydrology index grade is put forward and the method for calculating the eco-hydrology index is suggested according to the quantitative description of single index and the method of integrating multiple standards .Lastly ,a detailed application research on Zhejiang Province is carried out .
