目的：探讨应用头孢菌素类药物后双硫仑样反应发生的原因及急诊处理程序。方法对12例双硫仑反应患者进行回顾性分析。结果来院的12例双硫仑样反应患者抢救成功率100.0%，其发生的原因与中国社会饮酒风俗、医务人员宣教不到位、群众重视程度不够有关。结论政府相关部门应加强宣教，改变不良社会风气；医务工作者应加强健康教育并做好用药前、用药后的宣教。发生双硫仑样反应征象后及时赴医院就诊，能有效减少双硫仑样反应的发生率及不良后果，避免病死的发生。
목적：탐토응용두포균소류약물후쌍류륜양반응발생적원인급급진처리정서。방법대12례쌍류륜반응환자진행회고성분석。결과래원적12례쌍류륜양반응환자창구성공솔100.0%，기발생적원인여중국사회음주풍속、의무인원선교불도위、군음중시정도불구유관。결론정부상관부문응가강선교，개변불량사회풍기；의무공작자응가강건강교육병주호용약전、용약후적선교。발생쌍류륜양반응정상후급시부의원취진，능유효감소쌍류륜양반응적발생솔급불량후과，피면병사적발생。
Objective To investigate the reasons and emergency treatment programs of disulfiram-like reaction after application of cephalosporins.Methods Restrospective analysis and summary of 12 cases which suffered disulfiram-like reactions.Results The rescue success rate of 12 cases which 100.0 suffered disulfiram-like reactions is 100%. They happened because of Chinese social drinking customs,lacking medical staff promotion and people,s enoujh attention.Conclusion The relevent government deartments should to reinforce the propaganda and education, change the bad social atmosphere.Medical workers should reinforce health education and inform the patients the matters before and after treatment.people who suffered the sy mptoms disulfiram-like reactions should go to the hospital in time.It can reduce the occurence rate and the adverse ceonsequences of disulfiram-like reaction effectively and avoid the occurence of death.
