目的:探讨肌酐正常患者血清中β2-微球蛋白与骨质疏松的关系。方法选择2013年1月-2013年7月在中山大学附属第三医院住院患者364例肌酐正常患者,年龄15~84岁,平均年龄56.12岁。检测患者血清中β2-微球蛋白、肌酐及骨密度水平,并根据骨密度结果和世界卫生组织推荐的诊断标准将患者分为骨质疏松、骨量减少和骨量正常3组。比较3组间肌酐和血清中β2-微球蛋白水平,并将患者骨密度水平和血清中β2-微球蛋白水平行相关分析。结果3组患者间肌酐水平无明显差异,骨质疏松组患者血清中β2-微球蛋白水平较骨量正常组患者血清中β2-微球蛋白升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨密度水平与血清中β2-微球蛋白水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论在肌酐正常患者中血清中β2-微球蛋白与骨质疏松相关,β2-微球蛋白对骨质疏松的影响可能是独立于肾功能的。

목적:탐토기항정상환자혈청중β2-미구단백여골질소송적관계。방법선택2013년1월-2013년7월재중산대학부속제삼의원주원환자364례기항정상환자,년령15~84세,평균년령56.12세。검측환자혈청중β2-미구단백、기항급골밀도수평,병근거골밀도결과화세계위생조직추천적진단표준장환자분위골질소송、골량감소화골량정상3조。비교3조간기항화혈청중β2-미구단백수평,병장환자골밀도수평화혈청중β2-미구단백수평행상관분석。결과3조환자간기항수평무명현차이,골질소송조환자혈청중β2-미구단백수평교골량정상조환자혈청중β2-미구단백승고,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。골밀도수평여혈청중β2-미구단백수평정부상관(P<0.05)。결론재기항정상환자중혈청중β2-미구단백여골질소송상관,β2-미구단백대골질소송적영향가능시독립우신공능적。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum β2-microglobulin level and osteoporosis in patients with normal creatinine.Methods Three hundred and sixty-four patients with normal creatinine, who were treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2013 to July 2013, were selected.They were 15 to 84 years old, with an mean of 56.12 years old.The levels of creatinine andβ2-microglobulin in serum and bone mineral density ( BMD) of the patients were examined.The patients were divided into 3 groups:osteoporosis group, bone mass loss group, and normal bone mass group based on the results of BMD and the diagnostic criteria recommended by World Health Organization.The levels of creatinine andβ2-microglobulin in serum were compared among the 3 groups.The correlation between BMD andβ2-microglobulin was analyzed. Results The creatinine levels among the 3 groups had no significant difference.β2-microglobulin level in osteoporosis group was higher than that in normal bone mass group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .BMD was negatively correlated with serum β2-microglobulin level ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion β2-microglobulin was correlated with osteoporosis in patients with normal creatinine, and the impact ofβ2-microglobulin in osteoporosis may be independent of renal function.
