通过在闭式重力热管中加内置管,考察内置管对两相流及三相流体系传热性能的影响.结果表明:加入内置管后,等效对流传热系数、冷凝段对流传热系数较未加入内管时有所提高,而内置管对加热段的对流传热影响不明显;在具有内置管的体系中,当加入沙子的固含率达到2%以上时,等效对流传热系数较两相流体系有明显提高,最大增加了30.7%;随着加热功率的增大,两相流及三相流体系的等效对流传热系数增加.
通過在閉式重力熱管中加內置管,攷察內置管對兩相流及三相流體繫傳熱性能的影響.結果錶明:加入內置管後,等效對流傳熱繫數、冷凝段對流傳熱繫數較未加入內管時有所提高,而內置管對加熱段的對流傳熱影響不明顯;在具有內置管的體繫中,噹加入沙子的固含率達到2%以上時,等效對流傳熱繫數較兩相流體繫有明顯提高,最大增加瞭30.7%;隨著加熱功率的增大,兩相流及三相流體繫的等效對流傳熱繫數增加.
통과재폐식중력열관중가내치관,고찰내치관대량상류급삼상류체계전열성능적영향.결과표명:가입내치관후,등효대류전열계수、냉응단대류전열계수교미가입내관시유소제고,이내치관대가열단적대류전열영향불명현;재구유내치관적체계중,당가입사자적고함솔체도2%이상시,등효대류전열계수교량상류체계유명현제고,최대증가료30.7%;수착가열공솔적증대,량상류급삼상류체계적등효대류전열계수증가.
To study the heat transfer performance of the two-phase closed thermosyphon and the three-phase closed thermosyphon,a special experimental system was designed by employing a vertical gravity thermosyphon with a built-in pipe. For the multiphase flow closed thermosyphon,the experimental results show that the equivalent convec-tive heat transfer coefficients and the heat transfer coefficients of condensation section increase when a built-in pipe is used,while the effect of the built-in pipe on heat transfer of the heating section convection can be neglected. When the solid holdup of sand is above 2%,the equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient is obviously higher than that of the two-phase flow system,and the maximum increase can reach 30.7%. The equivalent convective heat transfer coefficients increase with the rising of heating power for both two-phase and three-phase flow closed thermosyphons.
