The unusual ultrahigh-earth-temperature adds difficulty to the diversion tunnel construction in Niangyong hydro-power station.The temperature of rock surface reaches 58 ℃,the temperature of gushing water reaches 82 ℃,and the temperature of blast hole is about 48 to 76 ℃.The paper discusses the tunnel cooling system,blast hole cooling system, and summarizes tunnel construction technology under ultrahigh temperature,which ensures the normal tunneling under ul-trahigh temperature conditions.
