利用 ANSYS13．0建立某滑环式复合蓄能密封环的有限元模型，分析该密封环在给定工况下密封性能，并与单纯的滑环密封环的密封性能进行比较；分析滑环几何参数对其结构受力情况及密封性能的影响，对密封环结构进行优化设计。结果表明：通过对滑环的顶部宽度、壁面宽度、唇面半径、滑环高度等几何参数的优化，改善了结构在工作环境下的受力状况，提高了其工作寿命，同时使其能够更可靠地保证密封性能。
이용 ANSYS13．0건립모활배식복합축능밀봉배적유한원모형，분석해밀봉배재급정공황하밀봉성능，병여단순적활배밀봉배적밀봉성능진행비교；분석활배궤하삼수대기결구수력정황급밀봉성능적영향，대밀봉배결구진행우화설계。결과표명：통과대활배적정부관도、벽면관도、진면반경、활배고도등궤하삼수적우화，개선료결구재공작배경하적수력상황，제고료기공작수명，동시사기능구경가고지보증밀봉성능。
The finite element model of an energy-storage slipping sealing ring was established by taking advantage of ANSYS 13.0.The sealing performance of this sealing ring was analyzed in a given working condition,and was compared with that of simple slipping sealing rings.The effect of the geometric parameters of the slipping ring on the sealing per-formance and stress condition of the structure was analyzed,and the slipping ring structure was redesigned.The results show that,through optimizing the geometric parameters of the slipping ring,such as the top width,the wall width,the la-bial radius and the slip ring height of the slipping ring,the stress condition of the slipping ring structure in the working en-vironment is improved,the service life is increased and the sealing performance is guaranteed.
