By taking a rod Y-ring as an example,the effects of Y-ring structure on the stress of key parts were investi-gated by applying the general physical property test method and finite element analysis method.The dimensions and structure of the Y-ring were designed with optimization.The correctness of the optimization analysis is verified by bench test.
