介绍一种摩擦摆实验装置,建立摩擦摆稳定摆动状态下系统的运动微分方程,计算并讨论摩擦副间相对角速度和相对角加速度对摩擦摆自激振动稳定性的影响。结果表明:与相对加速度有关的交变摩擦力是系统自激振动的主要原因,因此有效控制工程实践中各种摩擦自激振动的途径在于,力求使摩擦副间摩擦力既不随相对速度变化,更不随相对加速度波动。
介紹一種摩抆襬實驗裝置,建立摩抆襬穩定襬動狀態下繫統的運動微分方程,計算併討論摩抆副間相對角速度和相對角加速度對摩抆襬自激振動穩定性的影響。結果錶明:與相對加速度有關的交變摩抆力是繫統自激振動的主要原因,因此有效控製工程實踐中各種摩抆自激振動的途徑在于,力求使摩抆副間摩抆力既不隨相對速度變化,更不隨相對加速度波動。

A friction pendulum experiment equipment was introduced,and a movement differential equation of this fric-tion pendulum system in its stable swing state was established.The effect of relative angular velocity and relative angular acceleration of the friction pairs on the stability of self-excited vibration of the friction pendulum was calculated and dis-cussed.The result shows that a variable friction controlled by the relative acceleration is the primary factor causing the self-excited vibration of system.So the effective control method of friction self-excited vibration in engineering practice is to make the friction between the friction pairs not to change with the relative velocity,but not to fluctuate with the relative acceleration.
