以电动汽车用方形磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,通过分析恒流放电过程中有/无高导热石墨片的电池单体表面以及电池模块不同位置间温差的变化情况,研究了高导热石墨片对提高锂离子电池温度均匀性的作用。试验结果表明,高导热石墨片作为强化传热措施,能够有效提高电池单体表面以及电池模块内部的热均匀性,进而提高电动汽车用动力电池热管理系统的性能。
以電動汽車用方形燐痠鐵鋰電池為研究對象,通過分析恆流放電過程中有/無高導熱石墨片的電池單體錶麵以及電池模塊不同位置間溫差的變化情況,研究瞭高導熱石墨片對提高鋰離子電池溫度均勻性的作用。試驗結果錶明,高導熱石墨片作為彊化傳熱措施,能夠有效提高電池單體錶麵以及電池模塊內部的熱均勻性,進而提高電動汽車用動力電池熱管理繫統的性能。

In this paper, we take the rectangular LiFePO4 batteries for EV as the research object to study the effect of high conductive graphite sheets on the temperature uniformity in lithium -ion battery packs through comparing temperature difference changes on battery cell surface and between different cells with or without graphite sheets in the process of constant-current discharge. Experiment result shows that this high conductive graphite sheets, as the enhanced heat transfer method, can effectively increase the thermal uniformity on cell surfaces and between different cells, which means that it is helpful to enhance the performance of thermal management system (TNS) for battery packs in battery electric vehicle(BEV).
