针对不同坐姿及不同撞击点下50%假人胸部刚度稳定性进行了摆锤撞击试验。结果表明,50%假人胸部刚度在相同作用力撞击下具有较好的稳定性,不会因姿态轻微改变及受力位置差异而发生明显变化,但撞击速度越高则刚度越小,且碰撞点侧移则刚度增大。运用假人胸部刚度稳定特性对碰撞试验结果分析能起到较好的支持作用,可指导整车碰撞试验中前排安全气囊的设计优化。
針對不同坐姿及不同撞擊點下50%假人胸部剛度穩定性進行瞭襬錘撞擊試驗。結果錶明,50%假人胸部剛度在相同作用力撞擊下具有較好的穩定性,不會因姿態輕微改變及受力位置差異而髮生明顯變化,但撞擊速度越高則剛度越小,且踫撞點側移則剛度增大。運用假人胸部剛度穩定特性對踫撞試驗結果分析能起到較好的支持作用,可指導整車踫撞試驗中前排安全氣囊的設計優化。

Pendulum impact test was performed to 50 % dummy sternum rigidity stability at different postures and different impact points. The results show that sternum rigidity of 50 % dummy has good rigidity under the same impact forces, and the rigidity doesn't vary obviously with slight change of the sitting posture, however the higher the impact speed, the less the rigidity is, and the impact point shifts to side that will increase the rigidity. The use of dummy sternum rigidity stability plays an important role in the analysis of impact test results, which guides the design optimization of front airbag in front collision test.
