基于 UG/KF 面向对象的规则描述方法,在开发自由曲面型前照灯设计工具基础上,建立了基于规则推理的自由曲面型前照灯初始方案产生方法,通过仿真照度和照明效果以评价前照灯设计方案的安全性工程要求,并提出了规则推理和尺寸驱动相结合的前照灯设计方案修改方法。应用实例表明,所提出的方法能在前照灯造型设计的前期引入工程要求,根据前照灯的造型曲面产生符合工程要求的前照灯设计方案,有效减少了设计过程的迭代。
基于 UG/KF 麵嚮對象的規則描述方法,在開髮自由麯麵型前照燈設計工具基礎上,建立瞭基于規則推理的自由麯麵型前照燈初始方案產生方法,通過倣真照度和照明效果以評價前照燈設計方案的安全性工程要求,併提齣瞭規則推理和呎吋驅動相結閤的前照燈設計方案脩改方法。應用實例錶明,所提齣的方法能在前照燈造型設計的前期引入工程要求,根據前照燈的造型麯麵產生符閤工程要求的前照燈設計方案,有效減少瞭設計過程的迭代。

Based on the object-oriented representation method of design rules with UG/KF, we develop design tools and then establish the rule-based reasoning generating method for initial scheme of free-form surface auto headlamp. By simulating illumination and lighting effect, we evaluate headlamp design scheme according to safety standards, and present the modification method for headlamp design scheme which combines the rule-reasoning with dimension-driving. The practice of application shows that the presented method may be incorporated into engineering requirements in the early design stage of headlamp styling and can generate appropriate design schemes according to the styling surface, which reduces design iteration effectively.
