通过对覆盖件拉深模辅助零件进行分类,提出相应的特征分析与装配定位方法,结合CAA开发工具在CATIA平台实现标准件在拉深模中的智能装配。对定制类标准件在模具上的安装避空位与座台结构自动化设计技术进行了研究,在覆盖件拉深模CAD中,建立辅助标准件库,直接调用所需的标准件,可以有效地提高设计效率,取得了较好的效果。

The corresponding feature analysis and assembly locating method was put for-ward based on classification of auxiliary components of drawing dies for metal sheets; and the intelligent assembly of standard parts in drawing dies was realized on the CATIA plat-form via CAA development tools. Study was made on the installation of customized stan-dard parts in dies and automated structure design technology. In the CAD design of draw-ing dies for metal sheets, the auxiliary standard parts library is established and the re-quired parts can be directly invoked in which the design efficiency is improved.
