口译员复杂的口译过程是研究口译的一个重要方面，其过程主要包括理解-记忆-输出，基于三个主要过程，口译员必须采取正确的口译策略。储备一定的背景知识是准确快速理解源语言信息的一个必要条件，而笔记则是保证长时间记忆的必备策略，使用顺应原则是口译输出这个环节的重要手段。在研究口译过程和口译策略的关系基础上，以口译过程为出发点，在剖析口译过程中大脑的复杂运作的同时，强调准确运用口译策略的重要性。

The interpretation process of the interpreter has always been a primary concern in the research of interpretation. Basical-ly,the process of interpretation includes comprehension,memory and production. During each specific processing stage,the interpret-ers are supposed to employ the proper strategies. Accumulation in the encyclopedic knowledge is a necessity for the interpreters to com-prehend the information in the SL promptly and accurately. Note-taking is another essential strategy to relieve memory,thus retaining and retrieving the information. Application of adaptation principle is an important way in the output period. Taking the interpretation process as the starting point,the article is intended to study the relationship between the interpretation process and interpretation strate-gies,which analyses the complicated mental processing operation and underlines the importance of adopting proper strategies during the activity of interpretation.
