以蓝莓“夏普蓝”品种为试验材料研究了组培苗繁殖技术。在培养基中添加不同浓度ZT、蔗糖,分析了其对组培苗丛生芽诱导增殖的影响,以及不同IBA浓度对组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:改良WPM+ZT 1.25 mg/L培养条件下,“夏普蓝”组培苗丛生芽分化效果最佳。在培养基中附加蔗糖是蓝莓增殖培养所必需的,蔗糖浓度过高或过低,都可能对蓝莓增殖产生不良影响,以蔗糖40 g/L时的增殖效果最好;生长素IBA对“夏普蓝”的生根诱导有促进作用,IBA 0.6 mg/L对诱导蓝莓组培苗生根最有效,生根率可达88%,生根速度较快,粗细均匀,根系壮。

이람매“하보람”품충위시험재료연구료조배묘번식기술。재배양기중첨가불동농도ZT、자당,분석료기대조배묘총생아유도증식적영향,이급불동IBA농도대조배묘생근적영향。결과표명:개량WPM+ZT 1.25 mg/L배양조건하,“하보람”조배묘총생아분화효과최가。재배양기중부가자당시람매증식배양소필수적,자당농도과고혹과저,도가능대람매증식산생불량영향,이자당40 g/L시적증식효과최호;생장소IBA대“하보람”적생근유도유촉진작용,IBA 0.6 mg/L대유도람매조배묘생근최유효,생근솔가체88%,생근속도교쾌,조세균균,근계장。
The propagation techniques of tissue -culture seedlings of blueberry variety “Xiapulan” were studied .The influ-ences of various media containing different concentrations of ZT and sucrose on the induced propagation of cluster buds of the tissue-culture seedlings , as well as the effects of different concentrations of IBA on the rooting of the tissue -culture seedlings were ana-lyzed.The results showed that the differentiation of cluster buds of “Xiapulan” tissue-culture seedlings was the best on the im-proved WPM+ZT 1.25 mg/L medium.It was necessary for the propagation of blueberry to add sucrose into the medium , but over-high or too low concentration of sucrose could cause adverse effect on the propagation of blueberry , and 40 g/L sucrose had the best effect.The auxin IBA had promotive action on the rooting of tissue -culture seedlings of “Xiapulan”, and 0.6 mg/L IBA had the best rooting effect:the rooting rate reached 88%, the rooting speed was relatively high , and the roots were strong and uniform in thickness .
