赣芝9号是我国首个通过辐射诱变育种技术选育而成的黑芝麻品种。利用SRAP标记对赣芝9号及其对照种武宁黑进行分子鉴定,结果显示,23对随机引物共扩增出DNA条带625条,多态性带36条,多态性比率5.76%;其中,赣芝9号新增带15条,占2.48%,缺失带21条,占对照的3.44%。辐射诱变选育的黑芝麻新品种赣芝9号与原始对照种武宁黑之间存在明显的分子变异,辐射诱变是一种有效的黑芝麻育种途径,SRAP对芝麻辐射诱变的分子鉴定是可行的。

공지9호시아국수개통과복사유변육충기술선육이성적흑지마품충。이용SRAP표기대공지9호급기대조충무저흑진행분자감정,결과현시,23대수궤인물공확증출DNA조대625조,다태성대36조,다태성비솔5.76%;기중,공지9호신증대15조,점2.48%,결실대21조,점대조적3.44%。복사유변선육적흑지마신품충공지9호여원시대조충무저흑지간존재명현적분자변이,복사유변시일충유효적흑지마육충도경,SRAP대지마복사유변적분자감정시가행적。
Ganzhi No.9 is a first black sesame variety obtained through radiation mutation breeding in China .In this study, SRAP markers were used to conduct molecular identification of Ganzhi No .9 and the control variety Wuninghei , and the results showed that:a total of 625 DNA bands were amplified by randomly -selected 23 pair of primers , and among them 36 bands were polymorphic with the ratio of 5.76%;the novel bands and absent bands of Ganzhi No .9 were 15 and 21 respectively, accounting for 2.48%and 3.44%of the total 625 bands, respectively;there was obvious molecular variation between Ganzhi No .9 and Wun-inghei.Radiation mutation is an effective approach for black sesame breeding , and molecular identification of sesame radiation mu-tation is feasible through SRAP analysis .
