设计了一种用于自动导引车(AGV)的100 Ah 磷酸铁锂电池管理系统(BMS)。介绍了BMS系统组成和软、硬件设计,讨论了动态均衡和荷电状态(SOC)估算的实现方法。试验结果表明,系统单体电压检测精度2 mV,均衡电流最大10 A,SOC估算误差小于5%,具有良好的可靠性和实用性。

Battery management system(BMS)has important influence on automatic guided vehicle(AGV)for long term reliable operation.This paper presented a 100 Ah lithium iron phosphate BMS used in AGVs.It introduced the system components and the hardware and software design,discussed the realization of dynamic equilibrium and state of charge (SOC )estimation.The experimental results show its cell voltage detection accuracy of 2 mV,the maximal current of 10A and SOC estimation error of less than 5%,which indicates good reliability and practicality.
